ZAP started in 1983 as Zap Courier Services, Inc. providing medical courier services, on-demand, emergency, same-day, next-day and routed courier and delivery services throughout the state of Florida. In recent years the courier business has evolved from the providers of package and envelopes delivery service to more comprehensive operations like Warehousing, Distribution, Fulfillment, Mailroom Operations and Logistics planning. As a result we launched Zap Courier & Logistics to better reflect the services we provide.

We have a team of dedicated and experienced professionals who are committed to customer service and are there to serve you.

Zap has a large fleet of vehicles which range from cars, commercial vans, sprinter vans and small trucks (box trucks, 24ft and 26ft trucks) and are open 24hrs per day, 7days per week, 365 days per year. We maintain a large network of standby couriers in a “ready to move” status who can be dispatched at short notice to accommodate your urgent and time sensitive deliveries especially medical related deliveries, Routine and STAT specimen pickup and delivery, Specialty Pharmaceutical and Rx deliveries.

In addition to our first rated personnel and service, Zap also likes to support our customers and the community where we live and work in ways outside of the business world. We are strong supporters of the Kiwanis Club, an organization dedicated to helping underprivileged kids in various communities. Through the support of our firm, some of our employees are actively involved with the American Cancer Society, Relay For Life and the Suzan G Komen Foundation.
